BCL is working with an award-winning full-service law firm, looking to recruit a 2+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Manchester.
The Role
Working within a leading commercial disputes team with a focus on property disputes.
Acting for both commercial and residential landowners, landlords, and tenants to include high-profile, household names alongside a variety of developers, managing agents, investors, and private clients.
Managing a varied caseload of property disputes to include:
Boundary and easement disputes
Professional negligence claims
Dilapidation claims
Contract disputes
Breach of covenant claims
Landlord and tenant disputes
Nuisance and trespass claims
Break notices
Lease renewals
Forfeiture
Lease extensions and enfranchisement
Service charge disputes
Trusts of land disputes
Commercial and residential possession claims
Confidently managing a busy caseload of property disputes.
Assisting partners and senior solicitors on high-value/complex disputes.
Requirements
2+ PQE qualified solicitor.
Proven background in property disputes to include complex and high-value matters.
Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
