The Role:
As a Conveyancer at our client's firm, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documentation, and preparing contracts and completion statements.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing procedures.
To be considered:
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive and or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years...
