Property LawyerSalary: £43,000 - £56,750 per annumLocation: South EastWorking: HybridAbout the Property Lawyer Role:Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government. The role is to specifically work as part of a team in the provision commercial property on behalf of public sector clients in the East Midlands and South East.Key Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:Leases of industrial units, lease renewals, Reports on Title, easements/wayleaves, option agreements, development agreements, Transfers pursuant to s106 agreements, statutory Transfers, disposals of land for residential development, acquisitions for highway schemes (alongside CPO) or social housing (individual units or entire blocks of new flats)Some members of the team assist with queries on old or existing housing stock and Right to BuysPrincipal lawyers are likely to be involved in more complex strategic development sites.
