GBRS are currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to work with our client, who are based in the South West.



The Inventory Clerk will be working with Letting Agents and Landlords across the South West, providing detailed condition reports when tenants move in or out of rental homes.



Your role will be to attend properties across the South West, asses their condition and create accurate reports using our industry leading reporting system and standards. You will also act as a representative of the property agent for the collection/handover of keys.



This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the property industry, working for a dynamic and ambitious company. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously when doing off-site visits.



Inventory experience or any experience in property would be preferred but not essential. No experience required with full training provided.
