Property & Facilities Manager

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a corporate and commercial property portfolio.

Lead across a diverse portfolio including Facilities Management, Asset Investment and Property Development.

-Ensuring the effective management of compliance including; Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos Management & Construction methods.

-Lead on effective contracts management and tendering of new contracts.

-Effective operational management of team members.

Candidates should be highly experienced in effective facilities or estates management, experienced in managing contractors and operational teams.�

This role offers excellent working conditions, is hybrid working and a long-term contract circa 12 months, with outstanding rates of pay.
