Property Director - High Performing Family Office - Market Leading Compensation and up to 100% Bonus

Job DescriptionWe are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Property Director to support with the development and management of their £1bn property portfolio.This role will report into the CFO and work closely with the Principle of the family office. It will be the lead the asset management of a highly diverse portfolio which spans the UK, Western Europe, and South America and has a variety of assets including large estates, working agriculture, residential units etc. You will lead all development projects, coordinating with the heads of construction, building consultants and architects (with some large projects including listed properties). The Family Office is growing considerably, so long term work will be highly varied, with a blend of ongoing development oversight, partnering with the investment team to assess the viability of opportunities, conducting scenario analysis, building out budgets and forecasts and providing analysis on performance across the portfolio.For this, we are looking for an intelligent senior professional from the Real Estate industry (development managers, Surveyors, family office professionals etc.) with minimum 8 years’ experience. You should have excellent academics and any additional relevant qualifications are highly desirable (for example MRICS). It is important to be effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders and thrive in a ‘value adding’ role with high visibility to business leaders.The team are looking to hire the top talent in the sector, and hence are prepared to offer a significant uplift from your current base salary. Bonuses will be minimum of 50%, and often extend to 100%, as well as offering market leading benefits.
