We're keen to speak with experienced solicitors or legal executives to join our client's established teams in Bristol or Manchester.SummaryJob Title: Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveLocation: Bristol / ManchesterSalary: Up to £72,500Work Pattern: Hybrid working available (1 day in office, 4 days WFH)Reports to: PartnerExperience: Previous property damage / recoveries experience would be ideal. However, the Partners have been willing to consider other skill sets such as professional indemnity / professional negligence or personal injury or RTA or EL/PL Fraud with a view to a potential retrain.ResponsibilitiesHandle technical, high-profile disputes involving property-related insurance matters, including property damage defended liability claims, high-value complex property loss subrogation, policy coverage, and insurance fraud.Work closely with lead Partners on varied, high-quality caseloads while contributing to the development and management of the team.Develop and manage client relationships, contributing to overall client service improvement.QualificationsExperienced litigators with proven expertise in property damage or property liability.
