This unique role offers a blend of high-value personal injury with technical subrogated recovery litigation and coverage within the commercial insurance department.
Summary
Job Title: Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: London (Remote work possible)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Work Pattern: Hybrid
Reports to: Partner
Experience: Strong background in defendant personal injury, property damage, or subrogated recoveries. Partners looking for robust litigators. Any experience in insurance coverage would also be useful.
Key Responsibilities
Assist a highly regarded Partner in property damage and injury work.
Review documents and prepare draft advices.
Prepare draft advices on coverage issues.
Conduct thorough investigations.
Instruct counsel and experts.
Conduct legal research and document searches.
Attend client meetings, strategy discussions, and conferences.
