Property Coordinator – Bury – Up to £26,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing
Looking after the scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks across a portfolio of properties
Liaising with tenants, contractors, and engineers to coordinate work and repairs, managing costs and timeframes
Assisting with accounts queries for material purchasing and job matching
Overseeing and managing all aspects of utilities for the property portfolio, ensuring accurate charges based on meter readings
Collating, checking, and approving incoming utility charges and arranging payments when due
Maintaining a record of monthly usage, identifying trends to assist with cost/expenditure forecasting
Managing own portfolio business rates and council tax charges to ensure accurate payment and mitigation where possible
What you will have
Previous experience working as a Property Manager/Maintenance Manager
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under tight time pressures
