Job Description
You will be managing data, presenting performance reports, and supporting sustainability initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class asset and property management.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the management of fire, health and safety improvements to help mitigate and reduce any risks or hazards to Heathrows communal areas within multi-let buildings and vacant commercial properties and to oversee fire risk assessment actions with Engineering, ensuring completion and compliance.
Ensuring tenants and occupants comply with airport process and policies including statutory obligations, the Building Safety Act and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, and The Health and Safety at Work Act.
Responsibility for consultant site visits including off airport locations, and terminals. Ensure regular inspections of common areas, vacant rooms and fire escape routes.
Responsiblity for managing long lease holder relationships and properties direct buildings compliance and responsibilities
To oversee and manage various Fire, Health and Safety projects and to support the Property Planning Manager. Relationship management of control authorities such as EHO, Police or licencing team
Qualifications
Experience in one of the following fields preferred: Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment
Strong communication skills, written and verbal to enable reporting, managing and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders and business partners essential
Good understanding of external compliance bodies and regulations

Ideally, you'll have:
Experience of developing Health and Safety regimes and strategies
Knowledge or understanding of technical and engineering processes

Working Location
Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
