Job DescriptionInterim Property Consultant Based in London, hybrid workingLength: 3 Months Outside IR35, would consider part time The Property Consultant will support the Council’s planned re-structure of their Property services and teams. Core deliverables for the Property Consultant:Conduct a thorough review and analysis of the current structure of the property divisionProduce options appraisals with recommendations and delivery plans for new structure(s) (working alongside HR/OD)Prove detail on new structures by conducting benchmarking, role profiles and job description proposals Experience and knowledge required of Property Consultant:In depth knowledge and experience (AD/Director level) of Local Government structures and responsibilitiesExperience within Property services/Estates and ideally exposure to initiatives such as Net Zero
