The Company
Our Client is a passionate provider of high-quality care for adults & children with Learning Disabilities and Autism over a mix of supported living services and independent special schools. With over 20 locations already across Cheshire and the North West, they look to embark on an exciting expansion plan that will see them grow considerably in size.
The Role
The Property Consultant will play a pivotal role to identify and secure profitable real estate opportunities. They will be responsible for researching, sourcing and evaluating properties that align with the development strategy. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the property market across the North West.
The ideal candidate will have an established background in property, experienced within a surveying, lettings/sales agent or property management. The post holder will specialise in sourcing and negotiating the purchase of properties on behalf of the organisation.
Responsibilities
  • To build relationships and network with third parties to search for residential properties within the Northwest.
  • To identify and source suitable properties, and/or land to meet the growing strategy.
  • Manage the property process, liaising with vendors and viewers.
  • Negotiating the best price on behalf of the organisation.
  • Deal sourcing: identify potential real estate opportunities through various channels, including online listings, real estate networks and local resources.
  • Market research: stay updated on market trends, property values and emerging neighbourhoods.
Experience Required
  • Proven track record in property sourcing, real estate investment.
  • Experienced property finder with local Northwest and Yorkshire knowledge and connections.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to asses property financials and risks.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
