Ifyou’re new to the market, then a unique approach will be applied,highlighting all of what you need to make you stand out in a competitiveindustry.As a Property consultant, your main responsibilities will include, butare not limited to: • Arrange Property Listings regularly through personal networking. • Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential properties. • Apply knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers, constantlyseeking new ways to improve yourself. • Liaise with line manager on a regular basis to ensure all processesare on track and seek advice when needed. • Arranging an appointment with the company’s in-housePhotographer to take the latest pictures of the property, ensuring qualitylistings are advertised. • Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and befamiliar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of aproperty. • Actively seek new ways to obtain listings and make yourself more knownin the market. • Utilise all marketing/social platforms and in house talent to supportwith your personal needs. • Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search andtry to cross-sell/up-sell, ensuring the best option is always offered toclients and not left without anything. • Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on themerits of properties and terms of sale. • Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, openhouses, and participation in multiple listing services.Requirements • Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or Real EstateAgent • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market trends andproperty laws • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong sales, networking, and marketing abilities • Customer-oriented and results-driven approach • UAE driving license and own vehicle is preferred • Additional language is a bonusAbout the CompanyA Chinese founded Real Estate company.
