Property Associate

Leading West End, London commercial law firm are looking for an experienced associate solicitor (5yrs PQE) to join their property team handling a truly diverse mix of clients from the tech, media and property sector. The work will be a mixture of commercial real estate and high-end residential property with an emphasis on the commercial side. You will be dealing with a wide-range of property work including freehold / leasehold, sales and purchase, re-mortgages and landlord and tenant with minimal supervision from inception to completion reporting into a Property Partner.
Fantastic opportunity for a motivated property associate with experience in both commercial and residential work to join a respected firm with ambitious plans to expand their team. It is essential that you have strong networking skills and a proven track record establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients.
