This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.You'll help deliver end-to-end real estate services for our operational property portfolio by working in conjunction with our third-party agents and legal partners to provide an efficient and cost-effective service, while being a trusted partner to our franchises and functionsDue to the nature of the role, you'll develop a wide range of knowledge and it will be an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill setAs a Property Asset Manager, you’ll be delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance management of our property portfolio.
You’ll be regarded as a subject matter expert
