Retail & Leisure Commercial Property Management Surveyor (Senior Surveyor) - Fast Growing Investment Firm
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking to hire a Senior Surveyor with a background in Commercial Property Management, to take on a national retail & leisure portfolio.
My client is a boutique, increasingly active asset & investment management business that keeps its property management function in-house and we want speak with ambitions surveyors who want to grow with them.
Whilst retail & leisure focused, this popular investment firm are experiencing a huge growth drive with diversification plans already coming to the fore.
Your role will see you working autonomously, managing a portfolio made up of shopping centers among other retail / leisure assets across the UK, alongside a very small amount of industrial and offices to come in the future.
You will be responsible for inspecting and managing the centres on a monthly / quarterly basis, handling lease obligations, commercialisation, service charges and other landlord and tenant situations.
We are looking for a committed and forward thinking Senior Surveyor, looking to join a fast growing real estate investment business.
