Property and Inspection Clerk

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award winning and highly successful specialist real estate agency. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Property Inspection Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent position, located at their Worcester office.

To be considered for this role you must have exceptional customer service skills, communication, and administration skills. This role is office based with regular trips to business properties.

You must have a full driving licence and access to a car during working hours.

You will carry out property inspections, check in/out with property tenants, conduct property visits, manage inventory, report any damage or faults within the property, take pictures of anomalies for repairs, report repair and maintenance issues and complete a full report on each visit.

Our client is well known for delivering the highest levels of service to their tenants and landlords, so you must be highly organised, able to plan your time and be confident building strong and lasting working relationships.

This is a full time, permanent position and can offer a salary up to �23,000, plus milage for travelling to properties.
