Annual salary: up to £25,000.00Property AdvisorSouth WestFull Time, 1-year fixed term contract37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pmSalary up to £25,000 per annum, plus, company car or £3,500 car allowance About the Role:Due to a new contract win we are seeking a Property Advisor to join our team. As a Property Advisor you will be working for a Central Government accommodation contract. You will report into the Lettings manager and working within a team of 7.A Property Advisor with our branch, your main duties will include liaising with estate agents and landlords to acquire new properties for our contract. You will need to ensure the properties meet our specific specifications.
