Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience/qualifications
Details:
Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator/Receptionist to be based in Inverness. This is a full time role working within a busy office environment. The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent standard of customer care and to undertake a varied administration workload. Duties include:
Providing administrative support within a busy property sector office.
Updating and maintaining accurate client records.
Uploading property particulars.
Marketing administration including online and social media posts.
Filing client files.
Dealing with a range of enquiries by email and in person.
Updating documents.
Post duties.
Photocopying and scanning.
Additional ad hoc administrative duties in support of the Director and a small team.
Person Specification
Previous administration experience.
Professional office experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
Flexible and adaptable.
