Our client is a thriving and expanding property business located in North West London who are recruiting for a Property Administrator to contribute to its continued success.

Working within the dynamic utilities team directly under the Utilities Manager, this position will play a vital role in the efficient management of utilities within the property portfolio. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong IT skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilities administration for a large property portfolio
Reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness and handling discrepancies.
Following up with suppliers to address any discrepancies or missing information.
Posting invoices to their respective files and ensuring proper documentation.
Collaborating with other team members to meet their utility-related requirements.
Collecting meter reads and updating spreadsheets or internal company applications as needed.
