Our client is an award-winning property group with multiple offices located in and around London who are seeking a Sales & Lettings Administrator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude to become part of their dynamic sales and lettings team. Responsibilities will include; • Assisting the sales and lettings team in various administrative tasks • Uploading property details and client information onto Veco and RPS systems • Drafting valuation and instruction letters • Prepare, update and print property lists • Update and maintain the company website with current property details as required • Prepare and proofread advertising content for weekly and monthly publications • Coordinate photography, floor plans and necessary documents for varied property listings • Oversee monthly renewals for the office, preparation of renewal paperwork and follow-up on signed documents • Manage gas safety and electrical safety systems, arranging necessary inspections and certificates • Track and follow up on gas and electrical safety certificates, ensuring compliance and timely distribution to landlords and tenants Requirements: • Excellent typing skills, grammar and proofreading abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Previous experience in property or administration is preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales and lettings team, where your administrative skills will play a crucial role in the success of our client’s operations.
