Role : Property Administrator
Location : Edinburgh
Pertemps are recruiting a Property Administrator to joinour client, an Edinburgh based Esatte Agent.
Responsibilities :
Organiuse access to properties
Liaise with contractors are relevant staff
Support the distribution of service charge budgets
Manage rates notification forms, liaise with local councils
Communicate with relevant parties over change in tenancies
Handle general queries from tenants, suppliers and contractors
Support the production of client reports
About You :
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property or legal
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software
Knowledge of property laws and regulations is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
