Your expertise will drive financial efficiency and excellence across their £5billion business, where they are looking to expand at an impressive rate.Key Responsibilities:Manage service charges, collaborating with Asset and Property Managers to ensure timely budgets and expenditure reports.Conduct thorough Actual v Budget analyses, advising on cost management strategies.Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate financial recording and analysis.Spearhead improvements in cost management and collections performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop specialized finance strategies.Person Specification:Proficient in lease interpretation and cost recovery mechanisms.Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.Resilient and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks.Innovative mindset, eager to identify and implement improvements.Previous experience in property accounting preferred.Advanced Excel proficiency and strong system skills.Qualifications:GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math (or equivalent).AAT Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).We support professional development through accountancy qualifications.If you would like to know more reach out to myself and be a part of shaping the future of this business.
