Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, excellent company culture, and competitive benefits.Key Duties:Produce month-end management accounts, including VAT, bank, and control account reconciliations on QUBEAttend monthly budget meetings with budget holdersPreparation of service charge budgets and calculation of service charges for tenantsManage all financial matters affecting the propertiesReview insurance process for property portfolioPreparation of year-end accounts, ensuring there are no discrepanciesMonthly reconciliation of control accountsPerson Specification:Prior experience of working within a similar function within Property/Real estateStrong attention to detail and self-motivationCommitted and organisedExcellent knowledge of Microsoft packagesAbility to work to deadlinesPlease apply if you are interested in the above role to secure an interview as soon as possible.
