Property Account Handler, Claims Handler

Our client being a prestigious independent brokers based in London and specialising within the Property Insurance sector are looking to hire.

This is a full time position where you will be responsible for managing client accounts, including renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and coordinating insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Acturis experience is desirable with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Will have knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and procedures.

There is also ongoing training and ACII support in qualifications.
