Czech Tourist Authority in London is currently seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for the position of Project and Trade Manager.

Job Description :
As a Project and Trade Manager you will play a pivotal role in promoting the Czech Republic as a tourist destination within the UK and Irish markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on the development of marketing plan proposals aimed at promoting tourism in the Czech Republic.
Conducting tourism marketing activities specifically targeting the UK and Irish markets.
Managing foreign representation activities within B2B communication channels to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Ensuring the effective promotion of the Czech Republic as a tourist destination within the UK and Irish markets.
Participating in product development initiatives tailored to these markets, including establishing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies and tour operators.
Collaborating with travel and trade media to maximize exposure and awareness.
Participating in the preparation and execution of trade fairs and events organized by CzechTourism London.
Organizing press and familiarization trips to showcase the highlights of the Czech Republic to key stakeholders.
Assisting in advertising placement and implementing online/offline promotional campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Establishing and managing business partnerships to enhance the tourism experience in the Czech Republic for UK and Irish travelers.
Managing websites and social media platforms, engaging with both professional and general audiences to promote tourism initiatives.
Collaborating in the creation and maintenance of databases comprising tour operators, travel agencies, journalists, and prominent media outlets.
Providing information services to stakeholders and travelers to facilitate their experience in the Czech Republic.

Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pr
oficiency in Czech is preferred
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Previous experience in tourism marketing or destination marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of the UK and Irish travel markets.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for work outside of the United Kingdom as required.

Conditions:
3-month trial period offered within the 1-year contract
Candidates must provide proof of Pre-Settlement or Settled Status
Salary £2600 per month before tax
