We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a top contractor within social housing maintenance, who are looking for a Retrofit Surveyor based in Bristol/ Weston Super Mare

Day to Day:

This role will involve carrying out surveys on housing association properties in Devon, pre and post inspections, surveying, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for renewable energy installations.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experienced/ qualified Surveyor
• Experience of renewable energy, energy efficiency is essential
• Experience of social housing desirable 
• Knowledge of External wall insulation
• Knowledge around  PAS 2030 & PAS 2035
• Must be happy to travel visiting different sites
