Project Surveyor (Client Side) - Outside IR35

An Exciting Opportunity Awaits for a Project Surveyor (Client Side) to support with their Development Programme in East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial delivery, management and reporting of individual projects within the Council's Development Programme.

• responsibility for the day-to-day financial management and reporting of a project.

• Quantity Surveying experience.
• Financial Management and Contract Administration experience.
• The portfolio is a mix but non residential.

Qualifications:

• Degree is beneficial.
• Chartership is required.
• JCT experience along with NEC experience is beneficial.

Work Arrangement:

• Enjoy a flexible work week with two to four days in-office presence a month and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
