This will include, for example, providing leadership for all aspects of events coordination, alongside providing service improvement leadership to the delivery of microsystem or project work.The post holder will also work closely with Senior Clinicians and other Clinical Managers to coordinate and support the delivery of projects across the CCA Group.Main duties of the jobProvide project support to the delivery of key business plans relating to the TPC Directorate.Assisting the Operational Lead on all aspects of the operational functioning of the services, working as a core member of the team to provide an effective business support to services.Ensure that P&E schemes have robust and reliable mechanisms for capturing efficiency gains so that they can be easily reported to Finance.Support the delivery of identified projects and schemes by working with the respective staff groups and services to ensure the delivery of key milestones remains in line with the project plan.Assist with the delivery of core business functions that support operational delivery of services.Working for our organisation You will be working for an organisation which values and respects all of its staff and the community it serves.
