This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your contributions will directly impact our success.Responsibilities:- Assist with Planning and Project Management:*Work closely with Engineers to coordinate footway and carriageway maintenance schemes, ranging from patching to full reconstruction projects.- GIS Systems and Construction Practices: Utilize your strong knowledge of GIS systems and familiarity with construction practices to support project planning and execution.- Estimate Checking and Account Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of estimates and accounts before payment, utilizing systems such as Confirm and SAP.- Work Permit Management: Responsible for raising work permits via GMRAPS, ensuring compliance and smooth project progression.- Budget Monitoring: Exercise budget monitoring capabilities to track project expenditures and maintain financial control.- General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of project activities.Requirements:- Demonstrable experience in project support or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in GIS systems and a good understanding of construction practices.- Familiarity with systems such as Confirm and SAP for estimate checking and account accuracy.- Ability to efficiently manage work permits using GMRAPS.- Strong budget monitoring capabilities.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- System training and support will be provided as necessary.Join us and become an integral part of our team, where your skills and dedication will contribute to the successful delivery of our clients' projects.
