Project Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working on NEC3 contracts for Pway projects?
 
Do you have experience managing rail projects from inception to close out?
 
This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as a Project Quantity Surveyor, working on CP7 contracts, and closing out ongoing projects.
 
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
Location: London

This is a unique role where you will be managing a small team of junior commercial staff, and will be assisted in progressing into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role. You will be working on a number of Pway and track related projects, so experience in this field is desired.
 
It is essential that you have experience working on NEC3 contracts, preferably option A and E. NEC4 contract experience would also be beneficial to you in this role.
 
Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred.
·Experience working on rail Pway/track projects.
·Experience working on NEC3 contracts, preferably option A and E.
·Experience managing rail projects from inception to close out.
·Experience managing a team beneficial
