Project Quantity Surveyor

A luxury Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy with a European presence, are seeking a professional Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

Reporting into the Quantity Surveying Director, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be working on high end, luxury residential and hospitality projects across London and the Home Counties.

With Director support, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor shall work on projects at different stages of the project life cycle, thus giving you the opportunity to strengthen your pre and post contract knowledge.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Working towards MRICS
• Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience
• Worked for a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice
• JCT contract experience would be useful
• Any residential or hospitality sector experience would also be preferred
