Reference: FRKQS071_1712674413 Posted: April 9, 2024Opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to lead a £21m JCT D&B new build project from early stages to complete.This Main contractor work on Cut and Carve, refurbishment and new build projects and are looking to add a Project Quantity Surveyor to their team across the Home Counties and Cambridgeshire.The company have been established 20 years have an annual turnover of £150m and work on projects generally up to circa £20m.With a team of over 200 the company are leaders in investing time in to their staff ensuring you progress your career how you want to, whether this be through training academy or personal development.They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work under a Senior on a fast moving demolition, new build and fit out project valued at £21m. Your role as surveyor will be to work with the team from procurement stages though to final accounting managing subcontractor packages, feeding into CVRs, cost reporting.
