Project Quantity Surveyor

A Permananet Opportunity has arisen for a Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a busy Construction Commercial Department based in Dudley.

Salary of �45 - �50k plus Package.

Responsibilities:

• As the Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor, you will be a fully-fledged Project Surveyor with experience of managing projects from cradle to grave and managing all commercial areas.�

Required:

• To be successful for this role of Quantity Surveyor, it is required that you have strong project experience in managing values from �5m to �15m.�

  Experience working on frameworks, government projects, education, leisure & healthcare.

  
  

Desired:�

• Ideally, Quntatity Surveyor�degree qualified but not essential.


• Ideally knowledge and experience of working on Healthcare and Education projects.
