Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading tier 1 construction and property developer with an excellent reputation within the industry. They operate predominantly within the student accommodation, Private Rental Sector, and hotel markets delivering a range of multi-faceted major schemes across the UK.

They are now looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their construction team. You'll be based on a large multi-million pound project in Manchester.

Duties to include:

• Managing subcontract packages
• Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
• Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations
• Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
• Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders
• Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
• Managing payment of consultants' interim and final accounts
• Day to day cost control and cashflow forecasting
• Maintaining and developing professional relationships
