Our client is a leading, privately owned construction and property developer headquartered in the North West. They specialize in a wide range of projects, encompassing high-rise apartments, mixed-use developments and housing.
They are now recruiting for 3 x Project Quantity Surveyors to join their business and work on a number of schemes valued �10m plus.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Managing main and subcontracts
- Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
- Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations
- Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
- Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders
- Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
- Managing payment of consultants' interim and final accounts
- Day to day cost control and cashflow forecasting
- Maintaining and developing professional relationships
