Project Quantity Surveyor - £50 Million Commercial Project - Central LondonAn established Main Contractor with a Turnover of circa £100 Million is looking for a proven Project Quantity Surveyor to deliver a that deliver excellent large-scale developments. This would be leading the commercial management on a £50 Million
commercial/hospitality
refurbishment in the heart of London. It would be Joining an established team on an exciting construction project team offering a chance to progress to commercial manager over the coming years.Responsibilities· Preparing and evaluating supplier and sub-contractor enquiries.· Preparation and issuing of contract documents to the supply chain.· Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts.· Provide data and analysis of issues and risks.· Managing and forecasting project cash flows.· Authorise the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.· Research and prepare various reports about contractual issues, operations, policies and procedures.· Preparation and agreement of monthly progress payment applications and ensuring prompt payment· Review contract specifications, work with stakeholders to identify risks or gaps in the Project Plan and support Project Managers in the development and implementation of Risk Management PlansRequired:· Academically qualified and relevant experience in the industry.-Previous commercial or hospitality experience.Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in construction projects.· Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.· Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.To apply please reach out on the details provided.Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
