Job DescriptionProject Planner - Offshore Wind FarmLocation: Hybrid (with occasional trips to the office), Remote based (UK)Duration: 12 months We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Planner to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the Offshore Wind Farm industry. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various projects within our offshore wind farm operations. This is a hybrid role, predominantly remote-based, but occasional trips to the office will be required.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks.Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.Conduct regular analysis of project performance metrics and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the planning and execution phases.Support the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans.Requirements:Proven experience working in the wind energy sector, preferably within offshore wind farm projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for project planning and scheduling.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Demonstrated proactive approach in project planning and execution, with evidence of successfully driving projects to completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.Benefits:Joining a dynamic team at the forefront of the renewable energy industry.Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a global reach.Flexible and hybrid work arrangement, with the option for remote work.Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.If you are passionate about renewable energy and possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
