This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.The job:Support the development of projects and initiatives on behalf of the Public Protection Team, including research, planning, coordinating and administration of meetings.Coordinating updates from internal and external stakeholders for key projects and boards, including PDS.Supporting the SLT to maintain management processes, including the Assurance Log and new Call Over process.Undertaking administrative duties on behalf of the AD Public Protection, including email and diary managementThe candidate:Demonstrable experience in project administration in the public sector is essentialDemonstrable experience of financial monitoring and control.Demonstrable experience in drafting report documentation.Experience in an administrative capacity within Public Protection, or similar, is idealPlease submit your application via the contact details provided and you will be contacted with further information about this opportunity or email your CV to me directly; or call me on; #removed#
