This company is a leading surveying firm who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high-quality work working on exciting projects since their establishment nearly 10 years ago . Looking to expand the business our client pride themselves on encouraging a flexible environment and a work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be based in their Salisbury office, playing a crucial part in exciting projects working closely with the team, you will assist the hydrographic survey manager with the coordination of all operational activities within the hydrographic survey department. This includes monitoring and controlling project performance against budget, schedule and quality requirements, assisting with the development or hydrographic surveys and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager, and ideally a background in hydrographic surveys, however candidates from a marine background will be considered. Candidates who have also surveyed with vessels & land may apply. You will also need to be local to Salisbury.

The Role:

-Project Manager
-Monitor budgets and control project performances
-Regularly meet with the survey manager to report any issues
-Regularly review and check the department ISO documents
-Oversee the project and liaise with the client throughout
-Obtain Customer feedback
-Oversee the management of company assets allocated to the project

The person:
-Project Management experience
-Experience working in a hydrographic background, with hydrographic surveys
-Able to commute to the office in Salisbury
