Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Groundwork's contractor in their search for a Project Manager located in Bradford paying betwen �70,000 - �85,000.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

• Join a reputable team known for its efficiency and adherence to high standards.


• Ensure effective communication with clients and on-site contractors, while also maintaining cost and time constraints.

Requirements for the Construction Project Manager:

• Demonstrable expertise in Civil projects.


• Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Groundwork projects.


• Proficient in handling contracts ranging from �750k to �5M.


• Strong communication skills.


• Desire for a permanent role.


• Hands-on approach to project management.


• Excellent organisational and team management abilities.


• Proficiency in computer skills.
