Ventro are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our team based in London.
The primary role of a Project Manager is to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within the budget and according to H&S and the client’s requirements.
This role is site and home based.
Requirements:
CSCS (Or Equivalent)
SMSTS (Or Equivalent)
Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)
Fire Marshall
Fire compliance industry experience, ie fire door installation or fire compartmentation
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Project) and comfortable with QA systems, ie HILTI uploads and monitoring
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
FIRAS/BMTRADA (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)
Excellent communication skills
Prince/NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in construction management
Preferred 3 years experience in a project management role
Experience in fire stopping/fire doors/social housing/interior fit out
Main Responsibilities:
Site Health and Safety
Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10
Chairing formal meetings
Building control liason
Weekly reports
Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for information
Write and track Gantt charts
Managing materials on site and stock levels
Managing 3-5 live projects at a time
Problem solving
Managing and resolving disputes
Managing sub contract teams
