The Project Manager role will sit within the already established Projects Team, who have responsibility from ‘Sales order to cash’ on Capital Equipment projects relating to steam and hot water generating equipment. The role encompasses working closely with design, manufacturing, site installation and commissioning, as well as handling warranty claims, and testing (FAT/SAT).
You will work closely with the following internal and external stakeholders daily:

· Production/Manufacturing Departments

· Sub-Contractors
· Commissioning, Service and Outside operations

Location
This role is to be based full time in our Head Office in Keighley, with Customers site visits and external meetings where required.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for the scope cost and performance vs budget for multiple projects worth up to £2 Million.
Key Duties
· Working closely with both internal and external projects and resource teams to drive projects from inception to completion through stage gate process.
· Ensuring that the scope of work is defined both internally, with the Projects Team, and externally with clients.
· Risk registry and risk control within the project scope and creating mitigation plans for top priority risks to ensure a successful project delivery.
· Communicating project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
· Managing the scope of the projects to achieve pre assigned milestones
· Management of order variations during project lifecycle
· Monitoring and reporting on project performance to the Leadership Team
· Participating with engineering contractors and vendors for contract and deliverable negotiations
· The training and mentoring of team members, particularly on the system and it’s processes, emphasising the importance of good controls within the system that contributes to effective communication across the business.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this exciting role will have: -
· Experience managing and completing projects circa £10k- 2 million or above in value.
· Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.
· Experience in running projects within the Engineering and special purpose machinery sectors.
· The skills required for efficient planning and organisation.
· The ability to actively listen and communicate on all levels.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge others when required.
· Experience in building successful projects teams and delivering projects to completion.
· The ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders at all levels within a business.
The Package
Salary: The salary will be reviewed based on the knowledge and experience of the individual
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:15 with 45 minutes break per day
