A small but well established Project Management consultancy, based in the�Midlands, are seeking a Project Manager�background to join their team.



They have built a strong reputation of undertaking bespoke building projects at all stages from conception, feasibility and planning through to construction and handover. They work across a number of sectors in public and private sector.



Based in The Midlands our client combines complete Project Management services with Development Management and Employers Agent services.



The successful Project Manager will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years.



About the role:



The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects between �1m and �20m within multiple sectors



The company has seen significant growth over the last year through their current client base and have an extensive pipeline of work, hence the need to recruit.



Your role will include management of the surveying team, profit & loss reporting, reporting into the accounts division, full responsibility for all procurement and risk management.



The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally with a background in quantity surveying and capable of commercial management. You will be responsible for maintaining established profit margins and improve wherever possible the company's profits and ensure that all commercial project team members work in line with this.



The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.



About the requirements:




  • The successful Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of managing a range of projects.

  • A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.

  • Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
