We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various automotive projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, manufacturing, etc.) to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues.
Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing automotive projects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
PMP certification (preferred).
