Your New Role:
This is a great opportunity for a career driven individual to join a growing business. We are looking to recruit a Project Manager who will manage key projects across education, hospitality, healthcare, retail and commercial. Projects are a mix of new build, extensions and fit-out up to a value of £25m. Typical day to day duties will include writing and implementing method statements and risk assessments, project lift plans, management of staff and contractors for the supply chain, procurement of plant and equipment, organising and attending regular site and design project meetings and ensuring projects are delivered to programme and cost.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:
To be considered for this Project Management role, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager or a Site Manager who has acted as a Project Manager and who is ready to step up into the role of Project Manager. You will have a strong commercial knowledge of design and build and fit out and have the ability to manage and develop site teams. You will ideally have a formal qualification in construction and have the standard CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS.
