Project Manager

My client is currently finishing off an apartment development in Largs. Due to illness we need a Project Manager for around 4 months.

You will need a successful track record within the residential sector and will have worked for a developer or housebuilder and have the ability to manage multiple packages. Candidates with a joinery background are of particular interest although this isn't essential.

The project is coming to the closing stages so you will be looking after various packages/contractors including cladding, utilities, internal fit out and finishing- carpentry, painting and decorating and so on.

The daily rate will be somewhere between �(Apply online only) and will be paid weekly.
