Permanent Opportunity - Project Manager - Midlands - Up to �50,000 + Car Allowance

About your role

• Lead across a variety of projects across healthcare & education contracts covering sites across the Midlands.
• Manage projects from �50k - �2m
• Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including Refurb, HVAC, lighting, building fabric, M&E to name a few.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

About you

• Technically qualified in an Engineering or Construction discipline
• Experience of managing PFI projects
• Commercially astute with experience of managing projects up to �2m
• Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
• Understanding of RIBA stages and CDMregs
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
• Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issue

This role is based in Nottingham covering sites across the Midlands
