My client is an established construction group recruiting for their new build housing division which specialises in affordable and social rented properties for predominately Housing Associations. They have the following immediate requirements:

Project Manager - Wirral

• Oversee the Fit-out of a 5-storey steel frame building with ground floor units and 50 apartments over 4 floors on a 12-month contract.

Project Manager - Liverpool

• Oversee the Conversion of an existing building into 30 apartments alongside 10 new build units for the private rental market

Site Manager - Wirral

• Oversee the completion of 30 new build apartments which are currently at 2nd fix stage, project expected to run until May 2025
