Project Manager

Asbestos Project Manager.
London and the South-East.
Up to £50,000 per year (DOE) + company vehicle.
DKF are on the lookout for an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join one of our clients for London and the South-East. With over 20 years experience they are one of the leading asbestos risk management companies in the UK. Offering a full range of services including training, consultancy, asbestos management, surveys, asbestos removal and project management. Regularly completing large scale projects in the construction, retail and education sectors, including sites within universities, high street stores local the NHS, schools, and restaurant/pub chains.
What your core responsibilities would be:
Assisting with initial project estimating, surveying, and pricing quotations.
Managing complex survey/analytical projects within a variety of sites and sectors.
Acting as a contact for all project matters.
Undertaking site inspections as required.
Responsible for regulation updates, training, technical competency and HSE certification.
Provision of asbestos related technical advice to senior management and operatives.
Preparing monthly internal reports for management.
To be considered for the Asbestos Project Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
Must hold BOHS P403 and P405 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
At least 12 months experience working in a similar role.
Excellent Health and Safety practices.
Understand and follow current UKAS legislation and practices.
Flexibility to travel around London and the South-East.
Have a good eye for detail with a thorough and diligent approach.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
